OEM questions
Do you sell to individual anglers?
No. Jwell Fishing works only with businesses: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, e-commerce sellers and private-label brands. We do not sell retail.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product. A hard lure, a spool of line and a carp bedchair have very different minimums. Send us the items and quantities you are considering and we will confirm the MOQ for each one in your quote.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time also varies by product, order size and how much customization is involved. We confirm the production schedule for your exact order when we quote.
Can you put our brand on the products and packaging?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM service: your logo, colors and packaging on our existing products, modifications to existing designs, or new products developed from your drawings or samples.
Which markets do you supply?
Our main markets are the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. We specialize in tackle for bass, catfish, fly fishing and carp fishing.
Where is your factory?
We are Jiangxi Jwell Fishing Co., Ltd., located in Jiangxi, China and founded in 2002. The factory covers 3,000 m² with 2,000 m² of production floor, and employs 200+ people.
Can you develop a new product for us?
Yes. Send us a drawing, a sample or a description. We review it for production, make a prototype for you to check, then build the mold and run a pilot batch. The sample you approve becomes the standard for mass production.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are usually ready in about one week. We charge a sample fee up front and refund it in full when you place a bulk order, so samples are effectively free for customers who order.
How do you control quality?
We check incoming materials, check products during production, compare every order with the approved sample, and check quantity, labels and packing before shipping.
What packaging can you supply?
Blister packs, clamshells, header cards, printed boxes, printed spools, spool labels, color boxes, bulk packing and export cartons. We send artwork proofs for approval before printing.
Can you provide test reports and certificates?
Yes. Test reports and certificates for our products are available on request. Tell us which documents your market or retailer requires and we will send them with your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Samples are usually paid by PayPal. Bulk orders are usually paid by bank transfer (T/T).
What shipping terms do you support?
We work with all common shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Most of our customers choose door-to-door delivery, so the goods arrive at their warehouse or office.
